What warranty that I can get from Rudjito Glass & Craft?
We will give you 2 options of compensation of damages products;
a. We will send the spare parts via courier.
b. We will send the spare parts together with the goods in the next order.
We will only handle the complaint with the evidence of photograph that sent to us by email.

What finish for my mirror?
We accept special design and special dimension from you instead of our regular and standard product that shown in catalog.

What finish will be applied on mirror?
Beside the plain mirrors as the standard product, any color and size can be applied on the mirrors.

Order Quantity?
The minimum order are 40 pcs of products, and only 20’ of container is acceptable (approx. 240 pcs of large size of mirror). Time of manufacture is approx. 1 month.

Price Terms?
Our prices are based on FOB Semarang Port (Central Java, Indonesia) but if you prefer to choose CIF, that is welcome to us. We also accept TT with the condition 50% of Down Payment upon the purchase order, and the balance must be received after we fax the original B/L. The original documents will be sent by courier after receiving all payment.

Freight Forwarder?
We will sincerely help you arranging the shipment. We are in good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We can get the best rate and service on this. Or, you are pleased to nominate the forwarder or shipping lines on your side.

Order Cancellation?
No refund on order cancellation.
